| Clear your calendars for Sunday, May 21. Some of the biggest names in the culinary world are joining forces to prepare an al fresco feast like none before. The aptly named Beast Feast combines the talents of prominent chefs from all over the world as they bring their favorite meat-centric dishes to the table. |

It’s not every day your dinner begins with a sustainable raw seafood bar from Michael Cimarusti (Providence), Border Grill signature cocktails, and a “nose to toes” live demonstration of whole animal butchery from Michael Puglisi and the Electric City Butcher team.
Then the beast fare really kicks into high gear with tastes of succulent pork, beef, lamb and quail. Fergus Henderson of London’s St. John will be grilling. Nancy Silverton (Mozza) and Dario (the Italian butcher) Cecchini will be tossing warm beef shin. Melt-in-your-mouth brisket and rib tips will be served up by BBQ kingpin Kevin Bludso. You’ll watch Spring Lamb Leg a la Ficelle roasted over an open fire pit by New York’s April Bloomfield (The Spotted Pig). Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken (Border Grill) will give Wolfe Ranch Quail the rubdown before they kiss the fire. And Mozza’s Dahlia Narvaez ends the divine feast with a sweet surprise.
